This is my harvest so far for 2004. Below are jalapeños that are going to be pickled. I got about a kilo of them from hybrid seeds called "Biker Billy" (really). They're early jalapeños that are bigger and hotter (as seen on TV!)

Here's a shot in my cantina - at the left, mango chutney made with red savinas. Center, the jalapeños seen above. At the right, habañero sauce with differing degrees of heat. Some are made with orange habañeros, and others with red savinas.
